Marie Saba’s Oven-Roasted Spicy Sweet Potato Wedges

[quicklook-recipe prep_time=”10 min” cook_time=”30 min” serves=”6″ details=”” ]”The traditional sweet potato casserole, filled with butter and sugar and topped with marshmallows, often accompanies Thanksgiving meals. You can enjoy sweet potatoes without all of the fat and sugar — this recipe does the job! The bit of brown sugar brings out the natural sugar in the sweet potatoes, and the hint of cayenne adds a memorable kick.
