Peanut Butter Dinosaurs
This cute dessert idea requires you have dino-shaped cookie cutters, but if you don’t, let your imagination run wild!

- 3/4 cup butter or margarine, softened
- 3/4 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup packed brown sugar

- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 teaspoon salt

[step-item number=”1″ image_url=”” title=”” ]In a large mixing bowl, combine butter, peanut butter, sugars, egg, and vanilla. Beat at medium speed with electric mixer until light and fluffy.[/step-item]

Using 4- to 5-inch dinosaur cookie cutters, cut shapes into dough. Place shapes 2 inches apart on ungreased cookie sheets. Repeat with remaining dough.[/step-item]
