Rocky Road Brownies

Brownies are always a hit, and adding mini marshmallows makes them a little more fun and a lot more tasty.

Brownies are great to have around for a quick dessert or snack.

  • 4 ounces unsweetened chocolate
  • 1 cup (2 sticks) unsalted butter
  • 1 1/2 cups sugar
  • 4 eggs
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 3/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup coarsely chopped walnuts
  • 1 1/2 cups mini marshmallows, divided
  • 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
