Sautéed Brussels Sprouts Recipe

The smoky flavor of bacon, the citrus zing of the orange, and the crunchy texture of water chestnuts in this recipe give new life to a traditional Christmas
vegetable.

  • 5 slices smoked bacon
  • 1 lb. (450 g) fresh Brussels sprouts
  • 1 orange
  • 3 tbsp. butter
  • 2 tsp. whole grain mustard
  • 1 can (5 oz./140 g) whole water
