  • 6 slices bacon, chopped, sautéed, drained (reserve grease)

    • 1/2 teaspoon salt
    • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
    • 3 tablespoons sherry vinegar
    • 6 tablespoons olive oil
    • 1/2 cup blue cheese, crumbled
