Turkey and Cuke Sandwich Recipe

Here’s a terrific way to reinvent your ordinary turkey sandwiches.

  • 2 whole grain (or your favorite) bread slices
  • 1 tbsp. cranberry sauce
  • 6 thin English cucumber slices (with peel)
  • 2 oz. deli turkey breast (about 2 slices)
