  • ¼ cup mixed dried fruit, chopped
  • 1 tbsp. apple juice
  • 1 tbsp. water
  • 1 cup vanilla yogurt

    How to make it

    Put first 3 ingredients into dish. Microwave, covered, on high (100%) for 1 minute. Stir. Microwave, uncovered, on high (100%) for another 30 to 60 seconds until fruit is soft and liquid is evaporated. Stir.

    Spoon yogurt into bowls. Spoon half of fruit mixture in centre of each bowl. Yield: 2 servings.
