Apparently, someone meeting and greeting as often as The Queen doesn’t want particularly pungent breath. Her Majesty won’t eat anything with too much garlic or onions, according to McGrady.
Save the bread crusts for the birds. Her Royal Highness prefers the edges to be cut before her tea sandwiches are served. “A chef told me off for serving the sandwiches with crusts,” former Royal chef Owen Hodgson tells The Telegraph.
