Berry and Yogurt Parfait
Take this season’s freshest berries or your favorite fruit and combine them with your favorite brand of Greek-style yogurt. Add a drizzle of honey and a sprinkle of granola for added crunch. Jell-O Frozen Pie
Melt one stick of butter in the microwave and combine with 1 and ½ cups of graham crackers then press in the bottom of a freezer-friendly dish. Next, combine one tub of thawed whipped topping and one packet of your favorite Jell-O flavor. Mix well and place in the piecrust. Combine 3 cups of your favorite Italian syrup, like Torani, with ¾ cups of fresh lemon juice in a small pitcher and refrigerate. Crush 5 lbs, or 6 ice trays worth, of crushed ice in a blender or food processor (2 -3 cups at a time) and store in your freezer until ready to serve.
