- 6 tbsp whipping cream
- 3 tbsp honey
- 7 ounces semisweet or bittersweet chocolate, chopped
- 1 tbsp kirsch (cherry brandy)
- 1/4 tsp almond extract
- Assorted fruits, such as strawberries, raspberries, banana, and peach slices
- Candied ginger (optional)
