Hit-the-Trail Mix Recipe


  • ¼ cup whole natural almonds
  • 2 tbsp. unsalted sunflower seeds
  • ¼ cup dried papaya chunks
  • ¼ cup dried pineapple chunks
  • ¼ cup raisins

    How to make it 

  • 1

    Put almonds into frying pan. Heat and stir with wooden spoon on medium for 3 to 4 minutes until lightly browned. Transfer almonds to bowl.

    Put sunflower seeds into same frying pan. Heat and stir on medium for 1 to 2 minutes until golden. Add to almonds.

  • 3

    Add remaining 3 ingredients to almond mixture. Stir. Let cool for 5 minutes. Serves 2.
