Mango-Berry Shake

If you purchase an unsweetened soy milk, you may need to increase the honey.


  • 1 large mango, peeled, pitted, and cut into wedges (2 cups)
  • 2 cups cantaloupe chunks
  • 1 package (12 ounces) frozen unsweetened raspberries
  • 1 1/2 cups soy milk
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon ground ginger

    How to make it

    Working in 2 batches, combine the mango, cantaloupe, raspberries, soy milk, lime juice, honey, vanilla, and ginger in a blender.
