Wild Rice Salad


  • 2 cups cooked wild rice
  • 4 large eggs, hard-cooked and chopped
  • 1 cup cubed cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup sliced stuffed olives
  • 1/2 cup chopped pecans

    How to make it  25 minutes plus chilling

    Combine rice, eggs, cheese, mayonnaise and olives in a large bowl; mix well. Cover and chill for at least 2 hours. Just before serving, add the pecans and toss. Serves: 6
