A 30-minute walk and these steps may help keep your brain young:

    Consume 10 tablespoons of tomato sauce (with olive oil and no added sugar) a week.

    Drink Coffee

    (No cream or sugar.) It may lower your risk of Alzheimer’s.

    Go Fish

    Take molecularly distilled fish oil daily, or eat fish with low toxins 3 to 4 times a week.
