Your metabolism may slow down

In a small 2017 study, researchers at the University of Hohenheim in Germany took three-days’ worth of blood samples from 17 healthy adults. After comparing the samples, researchers found that people who skipped breakfast had higher glucose concentrations and increased fat oxidation, meaning their bodies broke down more stored fat.
