You can soak it all in at the beautifully-appointed Hotel Amparo, located steps away from bustling Mesones Street, in a world all to its own with a secluded, charming patio. The hotel, which once served as the mayor’s private residence, a 300-year old building, opened in January 2019. It has only five guestrooms, a stylish coffee bar, and a rooftop restaurant. Now, for every $75 you spend, you get a $100 credit. There are no blackout dates and the certificates can be redeemed at any time, subject to availability. Note that at press time, travel restrictions to Mexico are limited to essential travelers, until at least June 22. The certificates can be purchased directly from Hotel Amparo.
