Will your 2026 horoscope be filled with luck, love or a whole lot of chaos? You’re about to find out.

Your 2026 horoscope predictions

Fasten your seat belts, everyone. If you thought 2025 was rocky, wait till you get a load of 2026. In fact, astrologers (like myself) will tell you that last year was just the appetizer to the main course that is 2026. The good news is: It’ll be a life-changing year for everyone in some way. But the “how”—like whether you’ll get a surprise windfall (lucky!) or get some shocking family news (not so much)—is all based on your zodiac sign.

What makes 2026 so different from any other year? Numerous outer planets are moving into the various signs. This means decades-long stories are consecutively closing their chapters, one after the other. It would be like starting a family, quitting your job after tenure and also going back to college … all in one year. The other unique thing about 2026 is that Venus retrograde—which only happens every other year—makes an appearance in October and November. Be prepared for a “stop sign” in your love life or bank account. Personally, this is the one I’m least excited about.

We have all the specifics of your 2026 horoscope below, of course. And while I’m no psychic (I’d need your personal birth chart for the particulars), we can still get a very detailed picture of what’s to come based on your zodiac sign. And that’s good, because a lot is coming your way.

Read on to find out exactly what you can expect in 2026, in love, career, money, luck, family and so much more.

Aries (March 21–April 19)

At the beginning of the year, it’s like you’re transforming into a whole new person, Aries. You tend to move quickly, so change isn’t all that catastrophic for you. But when the two outer planets, Saturn and Neptune, move into your sign, you might make some massive changes around your identity and style that even you aren’t prepared for. Think: massive hairstyle changes, a closet clean-out, trips to Goodwill and an interest in nostalgic music or clothes.

In April, the game-changer planet, Uranus, changes signs, bringing unexpected (but curious) ideas your way. Something is encouraging you to re-engage your mind. It’s a great time to learn a new language, join a hobby group, get certified in something or go back to school.

This all leads up to June, when Jupiter brings some serious luck to your love life. If you’re single, you’ll be flooded with date options and opportunities all the way through the end of the year. If you’re with someone, this will shift to the platonic realm and you’ll be making lots of new friends.

Taurus (April 20–May 20)

Being the natural workhorse that you are, Taurus, you tend to stay at one job for long periods of time … and that time may be coming to an end. February’s new moon eclipse will prompt a fresh chapter in your career—maybe one that’s a little out there but authentic to you. It would be like quitting a finance job to open a flower shop. Just remember: It doesn’t have to make sense to anyone but you.

Thanks to Uranus’s movement into Gemini on April 25, the rest of the year could see unexpected riches coming your way. The unlikely source? The internet. Enter those sweepstakes for all-inclusive trips, apply for grants, gamble a little—why not?!

It’s not until October that things take a turn in your 2026 horoscope, particularly in your love life. Venus retrograde is bringing old love stories to the forefront and challenging what you think you know about love and any current romantic relationship you’re in now. Sink into your stable and steadfast nature; it’ll help you through it.

Gemini (May 21–June 20)

Holidays are fun … until you have to get back to work. We all know you’re not the best at keeping track of things when there are fun sugarplum distractions, Gemini. But thanks to Saturn and Neptune’s move into Aries during the first two months of the year, you have the focus you need to get things done and get back on track.

Warning: You’ll have some friend drama in April, when a few things that have been swept under the rug come to the forefront. For example, if you lied to your friend, they’ll find out and confront you. Or maybe it’s the other way around. The best thing to do is to expect the unexpected and keep a cool head. When you talk things through, you might decide this friend isn’t worth keeping.

Other than that, you’ll be floating along until Aug. 12, the new moon eclipse. But then, someone sends you an email or message that offers you a chance to step into the spotlight—maybe taking charge at an event or stepping into the lead role in a play. At first, you might worry if you deserve this spotlight, but resist negative thinking. Remember what I’m about to tell you: You do deserve it, so take that spotlight and enjoy it!

Cancer (June 21–July 22)

Get ready to kick off a pretty amazing year, Cancer! First, your true love could waltz into your life in January, particularly between Jan. 6 and 9. We know you’re a homebody, but RSVP “yes” to those work parties and networking events. You could meet someone very special there.

And that’s not all: For the first half of the year, you’re going to be soaking up all the luck—receiving discounts and generally just gathering an abundance of attention. Jupiter is moving through your sign until June 30. So make sure you put yourself out there, take risks and buy some scratch cards.

But this is nothing compared to what happens on Aug. 12, when the Leo new moon eclipse sends either a big check or a big opportunity to make money your way. New moons are like the beginning of a new episode, but new moon eclipses are the beginning of entirely new seasons. Leo’s influence has that “main character energy,” making others see your talent and want to invest in you. Think: getting a book deal, receiving sponsorship for a project or being given a scholarship.

Leo (July 23–Aug. 22)

The first two months of the year will make you believe in love again, Leo. You’ll start fantasizing about your dream relationship and seriously ponder your relationship values and dealbreakers. It all leads up to the Aquarius new moon eclipse on Feb. 17, which opens the way for a powerful new relationship to take off. If you’re single, you might meet a soulmate through a mutual friend. If you’re taken, this eclipse gives you two an opportunity to iron out what’s working and not working so you can move past it.

Come June 30, Jupiter, the planet of luck and abundance, moves into your sign. And what a way to start the summer! Everything Jupiter touches gets a high dose of positivity, joy and good fortune, so from July onward, you’ll be a walking luck magnet. Use this moment to change your identity, because everything is working out for you right now. Test out a new style, switch career paths, take a class—this is the launch pad to become the new you.

The only little blip you’ll experience in 2026 is during Venus retrograde, which happens in all of October and half of November. It’s really putting a focus on your family right now, asking you to let them in on things you haven’t shared with them, whether it’s about your sexuality, money problems or who you’re dating. You’re usually an open book with family, but you’ll realize you’ve been holding back something important because you’re afraid your family will reject it.

Virgo (Aug. 23–Sept. 22)

After the holidays, you’ll probably be one of the first few back in the office. But here’s something the stars want you to know: There’s no need to hit the ground running until Jan. 15. Between Jan. 6 to 9, it’ll be all about parties, friends and fun. This is a period for good times, not work.

A little shake-up happens at work in April as Uranus moves into Gemini. This is the planet of surprise, rolling through the sign of technology and communication. Translation: If you work in tech or rely on technology to do your job, this is going to be a tumultuous year for you, with tech glitches, heated AI controversy and lots of IT calls. Make sure you’re triple-saving documents and backing up any critical information on an external hard drive.

You’re not typically one for romanticizing relationships, but there’s been one, in particular, that’s gotten under your skin lately. And thanks to the Aug. 28 full moon eclipse, you’ll see everything a lot more clearly. In fact, you’ll see it so clearly that you’ll likely initiate a conversation with proof in your hand. Yes, I’m talking about literally printing out text message conversations—it’s just so Virgo! This conversation is bound to happen whether you start it now or not, so you might as well get everything out on the table.

Libra (Sept. 23–Oct. 22)

After a year of really not knowing what’s up with your love life, the clouds are finally clearing in February. This part of your 2026 horoscope gives you the clarity and boundaries you need to either end a relationship that’s not right for you or start dating more intentionally. Bonus: The new moon eclipse on Feb. 17 could bring a new suitor your way. Since it’s in Aquarius, you could meet this person through a friend of a friend.

You’re always great at networking, but once Jupiter moves into Leo on June 30, you’ll become even more popular than you are now. For the rest of the year, connections just come to you. So if you get into a bind where you need advice or where connections would be helpful, you’ll have someone to turn to. Either you know someone, or someone you know knows someone. Start sending out calls or emails, and Jupiter will bring them to you.

Unfortunately, you’ll see a hiccup in your finances all through October and half of November. That Venus retrograde could cause payments to be skipped or forgotten, or access to your money to be temporarily lost. The best thing to do is carry some cash during these months, to keep on hand just in case.

Scorpio (Oct. 23–Nov. 21)

First things first: Jan. 6 through 9 brings some amazing career news. If you’ve been working on a big project, looking for a new job or gunning for a promotion, this is your moment! The planets will do all the work here, but if you want to put in an extra good word with the universe, try this little ritual: Write out three things you would love to see happen at work by the end of January. Meditate and imagine those three things coming true. Then, either bury the list in the ground (to “grow”) or burn it to send it off to the universe. I know it sounds a little woo-woo, but try it!

A friendship may come to an end on Aug. 3 during the full moon eclipse. This is something that should have happened a long time ago, as you two likely grew apart; you just didn’t recognize it until this moment. During the first half of the year, keep your eyes open to see which of your friends really drains your nervous system. Does one friend tend to be a bit of an energy vampire?

And then, for all of October and half of November, you’ll get an unfortunate birthday present: Venus retrograde in your sign. Since Venus represents money and love, you might feel stagnant in both these areas. This is a great time to do some soul-searching and identity-shifting.

Sagittarius (Nov. 22–Dec. 21)

Have you been waiting for “the right moment” to try something new? Your attention has been on sustaining and providing for your family lately, but by February, it’s finally time to make it all about you. You’ll feel a surge of both inspiration and grounded energy around self-expression and creativity. Start small (sketches, ideas, brainstorming), and slowly grow your vision.

Now, you may leave your job in March. That full moon eclipse on March 3 means something is about to end in your career—something you realized you just don’t care enough about. Tap into that Sagittarian freedom, and let … it … go.

You’ve had a rocky few years, Sag. And you’re pretty go-with-the-flow, so you’ve probably managed to adapt. But you’re not quite done with the surprises yet. Uranus moves into Gemini in April, and this will offer the opportunity to level up in your relationship. Unfortunately, Uranus tends to throw a wrench into things, but it’s really just to encourage you to see new perspectives. By the end of 2026, you’ll see your relationship in a new light, which could either lead to its growth or demise. Take each surprise hit of information this year with strength. You can sort through it.

Capricorn (Dec. 22–Jan. 19)

Being as ambitious as you are, Capricorn, I’m sure you have your New Year’s goals already planned out. And the best part is, you’ll see immediate results starting in January. Not only are Venus, Mars and the sun all aligning in your sign to bring you special work opportunities, but you’ll also encounter a new moon in your sign. All those goals or quiet manifestations you’ve been working on behind the scenes are about to become reality.

In 2026, you also may become the person you want to be. Unfortunately, that may mean letting go of friends or family who don’t support that vision. In fact, the full moon eclipse on Aug. 28 might help you see that someone acting as a friend is secretly trying to bring you down. And this can encourage you to cut off communication with them. It may be tough, but it’s for the best.

If you’ve been mixing business with pleasure, it will all come to a head in October. Venus retrograde creates tension between you and a work friend or family member you work with (which could be the same person from August). You’re incredibly close, but there are also business decisions that need to be made. Ultimately, all of October and half of November will feel sticky. The best thing to do: Zoom out and look at the situation with a critical eye. If you were looking at this as an outsider, what advice would you give yourself?

Aquarius (Jan. 20–Feb. 18)

The new moon eclipse in your sign on Feb. 17 is like pressing “reset” on how you show up in the world. You might feel a call to change your style (the ways you dress and look) or switch up the labels you identify with (think: pronouns or last-name changes after marriage).

Dating becomes a little unpredictable—in a fun way—starting in April and throughout the rest of the year. But on June 30, things get serious. That’s when your love life gets a delicious twist of fate and gets you started on a year-long (or more) love story in the making. Jupiter is responsible for this, and all you have to do is keep your eyes open and receive.

Finally, Venus retrograde hits your career in October and November. Encountering challenge after challenge at work and not being appropriately paid for your efforts is defeating, to say the least. But this is what Venus retrograde is about: delays and the time to think about what’s not working. Instead of trying to push harder for fair pay, take a step back. Do you even like your job? What’s really stopping you from leaving or making a change here?

Pisces (Feb. 20–March 20)

In 2025, your bank account may have been floating in limbo, Pisces. But Saturn and Neptune work some magic on Feb. 13, letting you finally get a grip on your finances. Even better? You’ll set up a financial plan that provides room for dreaming and freedom with your money. Chat with your financial advisor or accountant right now, because they’ll have some great insight (and loopholes) to share. If you don’t have one yet, now is the time to look into it.

On March 3, a full moon eclipse in your opposite sign brings an end to a romantic or long-term relationship. Healthy relationships will feel challenged, but they will ultimately come out stronger on the other side of this. But weak relationships will likely break under the pressure. Create some waves, and do what’s right for you! And be careful in April, when family gossip reveals juicy information about family members. Is someone cut out of the inheritance? Was a family member disowned? Did your cousin refuse to invite her own mother to her wedding? This is all thanks to Uranus moving into the gossip king, Gemini, on April 25. Make sure your secrets are locked up tight; the family rumor mill is churning like crazy these days.

If your fitness levels have kind of fallen off the wagon, Jupiter’s movement into Leo on June 30 will encourage you to get right back into it. An exercise, a diet, a trainer—something will suddenly inspire you around this time to put more focus on your health. You know it’s time!
