Biscuits and More in Marietta, GA

"Where everyone is your friend"

The “More” in Biscuits and More might as well stand for “friendship.” The owner, Chuck Morris, knows many of hist customers by name and is always walking around the dining room, making people feel at home. (Credit: John Jefferson)

Some people just call it Biscuits others call it BAM (Biscuits and More). Young people (high school and college) meet there. Plus, it is a place for seniors to get a nice, inexpensive meal.

Only open from 6:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., BAM is the local meeting place with a blue-collar price on biscuits, grits, burgers, dogs, sandwiches and more. Like the name!

The key to the success of BAM is the owner Chuck Morris. He is always walking around and talking with everyone. If he wanted to run for political office, I am sure he would win, as he knows just about everyone by name. He always has time to talk with any and everyone. When you go there, you feel welcomed like a friend.
