As a family-owned and operated business, we have the privilege of welcoming people of all ages from across the country and around the world. Since we are close to Mayo Clinic, we are often a place to get away between appointments. Families often come for hours. Our mission is to reconnect people, lighten their hearts, restore smiles on their faces as they ride our hand-carved carousel, try out toys, games, or fudge made in-house. We go out of our way quite often to make sure needs are satisfied, and our staff and guests are uplifted.

Stories About LARK Toys

Often a family will arrive close to the end of the day, hoping to see our workshop and toys and take a ride on our carousel. We will turn the lights and the carousel back on, and give them a tour and a ride. One of our llamas helped a young man propose to his sweetheart who happened to love llamas. We brushed Francis until he shone and hung the ring from his halter. We hire high school and college staff along with adults, and do our best to help them identify their gifts and develop them.
