The Old Bridge YMCA is my home away from home. I became a member in 2008 when it originally opened. But I rarely used my membership until 2013 when I began my fitness journey. I lost over 100 pounds by working out every day! I was inspired on a daily basis by the kind motivated staff at my OBY. I fell in love with spin, became certified, taught there and continued to help spread the fitness regimen with my fellow members and friends.
I personally thank them for helping me take back my life. Many of members I worked out with are now my friends for life! People who work out together, grow and inspire one another. The Y gives back so much to our community! Truly a blessing!
