The staff here treats us veterans with kindness, empathy, and care. These people make you feel special, and always thank us for our service. I have met veterans from wars as long ago as Korea, and everyone seems to have the same thoughts and feelings as I do. I have never heard a harsh word spoken. As a veteran who has been treated poorly in the past, I respectfully care about everyone there.
