       This is the most stupid health list I’ve ever read. Basically “to make your food slightly better, make it taste nothing like what you were aiming for”. I understand that fruit is a healthier choice than ice cream and I often like a serve of fruit, but when I’m aiming for ice cream, I want ice cream!
