We have lived in this little community for the past 17 years. The people take care of each other. “It takes a village” is a perfect saying for this town.

If anyone has a loved one pass away, regardless if they still live in the community or as far away as South Carolina, the people of Nolan make sure that the grieving family and friends have a place to stop and rest, as well as to grab a snack or meal provided by the residents of the community.
