An old farm town, you’ll feel safe walking Lowell’s streets at night, though they’ll likely be rolled up by 8pm. Knick knack stores, antique shops, coffee houses, line this old town’s street. It’s a great place to raise your family with good values. Like an old Andy Griffith town, it’s nice to know the people who do things for you.
