Erica is a New York–based writer and editor covering cleaning and home topics for Reader's Digest. In her current role as Real Simple's home director, she covers all things decorating, organizing and cleaning. Before working at Real Simple, she held editorial roles at Food Network Magazine and HGTV Magazine. She's also worked at InStyle and Cosmopolitan and contributes to Refinery29, TheKitchn and more. Erica is a home-decor enthusiast who, yes, puts her books in rainbow order. She has a lot of stuff and a tiny apartment, so she's well versed in organization and space-saving hacks.
