Best Friends Sanctuary is a home for rescued animals, full of natural wonders and wide-open spaces.

Rescued animals are cared for in comfort-homes by providers and volunteers. Angel’s Rest is a cemetery for beloved pets, as well as remembrance chimes. I donated a chime for my daughter and her dog, Ricky. Their photos are on the chime and were placed within the cemetery. Rentals are available on-site for visitors, and animals can have a “sleepover” with renters. The surroundings and caring people in Kanab never fail to amaze. The cafe at the Sanctuary serves a vegetarian lunch, always excellent, at low price. Diners may sit outside on the deck, overlooking the natural surroundings.
