We moved here from a busy city six years ago and the community welcomed us with open arms. They treat everyone who comes to visit or live like family. Oconto is situated on the water in Green Bay, with abundant wildlife and outdoor recreation.

We had one of our worst snowstorms in 30 years this past April, a time during which everyone helped each other out. Our police and fire departments even helped a woman who called and stated she was trapped inside because she was elderly and had no one to help with snow removal. They cleared all her snow for her.
