Dave is an Emmy Award–winning journalist and a practicing attorney, focusing on civil rights, human rights and social justice issues. His work has appeared in the Progressive, Al Jazeera, HuffPost, New Labor Forum and Yes! Magazine. He has served as a communications strategist for national labor unions, media advisor to international human rights organizations and speechwriter to three European prime ministers. He has lived and worked throughout the United States and currently lives in Eastern Europe with his wife, son, four cats and a dog.
