What is the plot of You season 4?

In You season 4, Joe Goldberg attempts to adopt a new identity as he relocates to London, England, to escape his disastrous past. Joe masquerades as a professor named Jonathan Moore and ultimately ends up joining an elite, privileged circle of socialites within the city.

But there’s a twist: There’s a murderer in London that’s referred to as the “Eat the Rich Killer.” And it turns out that this season, Joe is the one being targeted. He begins to receive a series of messages from a mystery person watching him. This season follows the drama that ensues.

What can we expect based on the part 2 season 4 trailer?

After the wild events of the first part of the season, including several murders within Joe’s elite friend circle and the reveal of the “Eat the Rich” killer, viewers can anticipate a second installment that continues to promise plot twists, mystery and murder, galore.

Joe seemingly has found a friend (as well as a blackmailer) within the killer, a back-and-forth love story with Kate and the shocking return of one beloved character—Love Quinn Goldberg. Gasp! However, viewers speculate her return comes in the form of a classic Joe Goldberg hallucination rather than a resurrection.

Plus, it seems the killer’s high jinks are not over yet—much to Joe’s dismay. “You don’t get to tell me who I am,” Joe says in the trailer. “I am not some cold-blooded psycho.” Nonetheless, we’ll have to wait till the official release of the second part of the fourth season to see how the story unfolds.

Who’s in the cast of You season 4?

Of course, this season brings back Penn Badgley as Joe Goldberg. Despite Joe’s attempt to escape his past by fleeing the country, he runs into some familiar faces, including Marienne Bellamy from the third season (played by Tati Gabrielle).

However, because season 4 takes place in a different country, there are sure to be plenty of new characters. Charlotte Ritchie will co-star in the latest installment of the series, and Ed Speelers, Tilly Keeper and Amy Leigh Hickman will all be regulars this season.

Where will You season 4 be set?

You season 4 shows Joe going international as he attempts to leave his past behind by leaving the United States and taking up residence in London, England. While the new season largely takes place in London, there are also scenes set in Paris, France.
